Bangladesh earn more than 75% of there export
income from garment sectors. Now Bangladesh has more than 4000 garments and
more than 2 million worker. Most of the workers are female.
Now salary wages for garments worker from 5000 to
9500. But life is too expensive in Bangladesh. Really it is so difficult to manage
family by this salary. For this reason there life style is not good. They live
unhealthy place and they not able to take nutritious food because of their few
salaries.
They also face different problem in society
because they are working garments. Garments sector employee social acceptance
also little in Bangladesh. They are the big part of Bangladesh economy but they
are ignored. Garments sector employee also face problem at the time of going to
garments and return. On the way they face different problem. And sometimes
sexual harassment
Bangladesh garment sector are increasing day by
day but workers/employees benefit not increasing.
