Garments sector of Bangladesh

Bangladesh earn more than 75% of there export income from garment sectors. Now Bangladesh has more than 4000 garments and more than 2 million worker. Most of the workers are female. 

Now salary wages for garments worker from 5000 to 9500. But life is too expensive in Bangladesh. Really it is so difficult to manage family by this salary. For this reason there life style is not good. They live unhealthy place and they not able to take nutritious food because of their few salaries. 

They also face different problem in society because they are working garments. Garments sector employee social acceptance also little in Bangladesh. They are the big part of Bangladesh economy but they are ignored. Garments sector employee also face problem at the time of going to garments and return. On the way they face different problem. And sometimes sexual harassment

Bangladesh garment sector are increasing day by day but workers/employees benefit not increasing.
