Prabarana Purnima is the second
largest Buddhist religious festival. This will be held Oct 29, 2012. Buddhist youths in Ramu have decided not to
fly 'Fanush' or candle-lit air balloons, during the Prabarana Purnima on Monday
in protest against last month's communal attacks in Ramu, Ukhia and Teknaf.
